- 1 cup fresh strawberries (about 8 strawberries)
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced into ½ inch rounds)
- 1 cup firm blueberries (about 150g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and blueberries under cool water and pat dry.
- Peel bananas and slice into thick rounds. Drizzle lemon juice over banana slices to prevent browning.
- Thread one strawberry, one banana slice, and one blueberry onto skewers. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- If desired, drizzle honey over assembled kabobs for extra sweetness.
- Chill kabobs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
