- 1 medium red onion (cut into wedges)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Meat: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add steak and shrimp; coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Prepare Vegetables: Chop bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Skewer It Up: Thread steak, shrimp, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion onto skewers.
- 4. Get Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until steak is medium doneness and shrimp are pink.
- 5. Serve Hot: Transfer kabobs to a platter; drizzle with leftover marinade or serve with dipping sauce.
