  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter (chilled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • non-stick cooking spray (or butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in chilled butter until crumbly.
  3. In another bowl, mix sliced peaches with apple juice, lemon juice, flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour peach mixture into the prepared pan and top evenly with the crisp topping.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow it to cool on a rack before serving.
