- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 tsp garlic, minced
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cut the skirt steak into manageable pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the seasoned steak and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Transfer the cooked steak to a plate to rest.
- In another skillet, melt butter over low heat, then add minced garlic, stirring gently until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce, garnishing with fresh parsley before serving.
