Instructions
- Mince the garlic and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and cook the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add the minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for an additional minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and remaining butter; gradually mix in parmesan cheese to form a creamy sauce.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Combine the drained pasta with the chicken mixture; add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
