Instructions
- Season the pounded chicken breasts evenly with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook undisturbed for about five minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken using a slotted spatula and cook for an additional five minutes until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest on a plate.
- Deglaze the skillet with apple vinegar or broth, scraping up brown bits for flavor.
- Stir in unsalted butter until melted, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return the rested chicken to the skillet, coating it thoroughly in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
