  • ¾ teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¾ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¾ teaspoon grated ginger
  • ¾ tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the thinly sliced steak in soy sauce, optional oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and cook marinated steak until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and beef broth; simmer until slightly thickened (2-3 minutes).
