Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter melts.
- Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden. Then add sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
