- Cheese tortellini

- Fresh broccoli

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes; then plunge into ice water to maintain color and crispness.
- Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Gradually whisk in heavy cream.
- Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Toss cooked tortellini, steamed broccoli, and seared chicken in the sauce until well coated.
