Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
- 1/2 cup black melting wafers or icing
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Firmly press the mixture into ghost molds and refrigerate until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate melting wafers and dip each ghost into the melted chocolate.
- Decorate with black icing or melted black wafers to create eyes and mouths.
- Let set in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
