Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 lbs peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup finishing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 11×7 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk in milk until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Layer sliced peaches on the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour the batter evenly over the peaches.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and finishing sugar.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
