Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar using a handheld mixer until fluffy.
- Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, and salt while alternating with milk until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8-inch baking pan. Layer sliced peaches and blackberries on top, then drizzle orange juice and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm or allow to cool before refrigerating.
