- 1 chicken breast (medium to large)
- 1 tablespoon Ultimate Dry Rub
- ½ cup hot sauce (like Franks RedHot)
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Ranch dressing (to taste)
- 2 pieces Turkey Bacon
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with dry rub on both sides and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- While grilling, cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, sliced avocado, grated carrot, celery, and optional blue cheese.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken and add it to the salad mixture.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; mix in hot sauce until combined. Pour over salad and toss gently.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over servings as desired and season with salt and pepper before serving.
