- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
- 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining crushed Oreo cookies with melted dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Press this mixture into a 9-inch tart pan.
- For the filling, melt dark and milk chocolates together until smooth. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
- To create the spiderweb design, melt white cooking chocolate and pipe it over the set tart in a web pattern.
- Top with five chocolate-covered almonds as edible spiders.
