Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken (cut into cubes)
- 1 can Dole Pineapple Slices (quartered)
- 1/3 cup King's Hawaiian BBQ Sauce Original
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Thread pieces of chicken and pineapple slices onto skewers, alternating between them until all ingredients are used.
- Brush each skewer generously with BBQ sauce and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
