  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple (cut into 1-inch pieces)

Instructions

  1. In a gallon freezer bag, combine chicken chunks with chicken broth, orange marmalade, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Seal and marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with onion, bell pepper, and pineapple.
  3. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
