- 4 chicken thighs (deboned but skin-on)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, tamari, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and salt. Add minced garlic and stir well.
- Place chicken thighs in a bowl or plastic bag; pour marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat; add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Pour any remaining marinade into the skillet after removing the chicken to thicken slightly before serving.
