- 1 egg white (very fresh)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle ¼ cup of fresh raspberries with ½ oz of simple syrup until fully crushed.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice and add 2 oz gin, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, and 1 egg white. Secure the lid tightly.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to aerate the mixture and create froth.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with additional raspberries.
