- 1 box (18.5 oz) chocolate brownie mix
- 1 (8 oz) package full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan with nonstick spray.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions; pour half into the pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, then eggs one at a time along with vanilla until fully combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie base and top with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center; cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over slices just before serving.
