  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until well combined.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and stir to coat the mixture.
  6. Season with hot sauce, ginger, onion powder, and cloves; stir well.
  7. Cover the skillet and cook until cabbage is tender (2-5 minutes).
  8. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
