  • 1 medium vine-ripened tomato (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: sliced bread, mozzarella, mashed avocado, tomato slices, and basil leaves.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on one side of each bread slice. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one slice oil-side down.
  3. Layer fresh mozzarella on the bread followed by tomato slices and basil leaves. Spread mashed avocado on the second slice of bread.
  4. Place the second slice (avocado side down) on top of the layered cheese in the skillet. Gently press to meld ingredients.
