- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish; season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the sauce; mix well until combined.
- Pour the lemon butter cream sauce over the salmon fillets evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining sauce.
