- 2–3 ripe bananas (medium-sized)
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
