- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in olive oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain well.
- Combine pasta with the creamy sauce and chicken in the skillet, tossing until well coated. Serve immediately.
