Ingredients
Scale
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked (165°F/74°C). Shred the cooled chicken.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir continuously; gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce until well-coated.
- Roll out pizza dough to about half an inch thick and cut into six-inch circles. Place filling on one half of each circle, fold, and crimp edges to seal.
- Lightly spray each calzone with cooking oil or brush with melted butter. Cook in batches in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
