- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, well-drained
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add shredded chicken and pineapple chunks. Top with sliced red onion.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot with dipping sauces if desired.
