- 1 can crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, spinach, and half the mozzarella until well combined.
- Unroll crescent dough in the baking dish, covering the bottom completely.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Fold excess dough over filling for added flakiness.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
