Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, green onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, and ketchup until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce; adjust spice level as needed.
- Serve meatballs drizzled with leftover sauce and alongside the spicy mayo dip.
