- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (1 cup cheddar, 1 cup Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken or ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced
- 1 cup guacamole
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup pico de gallo
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken or beef, black beans, and sliced jalapeños on top.
- Add the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Remove from the oven and add guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo before serving.
