Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, placing them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, heavy cream, honey (or maple syrup), and chopped herbs until well combined.
- Pour the creamy sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the sauce is bubbly.
- Let it rest for five minutes before serving, drizzling any remaining sauce over each portion.
