Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, mix together vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
