- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 oz pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese in each square. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the edges of each square over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
- Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
