- 3/4 cup whole milk (warm)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk and softened butter; stir until combined. Knead for about five minutes until smooth.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about one hour).
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle on a floured surface (about half an inch thick).
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar; top with fresh raspberries.
- Roll up tightly from one edge and slice into equal pieces (approximately twelve rolls).
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another thirty minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with lemon glaze while warm before serving.
