- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz each)
- 1 lb sausage (chicken or turkey)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned; drain excess fat and let cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters. Toss with cooked sausage and cheese in another bowl, then combine with the egg mixture.
- Layer the mixture into the bundt pan, packing it down gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with melted butter before serving.
