- 3–4 lb chuck roast
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
- 5–6 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Pat the chuck roast dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C). Sear the roast for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning and Au Jus gravy mix, then rub over the roast evenly.
- Place the roast on a large piece of aluminum foil. Pour in beef broth, add pepperoncini and butter.
- Wrap the foil tightly around the roast to seal in juices.
- Cook on the grill for 6-8 hours until fork-tender.
