- 1 large head of cauliflower, steamed and rough chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Steam cauliflower until fork-tender, then rough chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a sauce pot over low heat, combine heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add cheddar cheese while stirring until melted.
- Fold in the cauliflower until well coated with the sauce.
- Transfer to the baking dish, top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
