  • 24 Black Olives
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Dried Chives

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, green onions, and salt to taste. Mix until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a piping tool or Ziploc bag; cut off a corner for easy piping.
  3. Pipe the cream cheese mixture generously onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Place one whole black olive on top of each cucumber slice as the spider body.
  5. Slice remaining olives in half lengthwise; cut each half into four strips for spider legs. Attach these pieces around the whole olive to create legs.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
