Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 large head broccoli
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic and diced onion in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until bright green.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in cheeses and return chicken to the skillet; cook until heated through (2-3 minutes).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
