Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: chop green onions, mince garlic and ginger, and shred carrots if not pre-shredded.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat sesame oil and sauté ground chicken until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and carrots; stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
- Pour in low-sodium soy sauce and mix well to coat all ingredients.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
