Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well mixed; stir in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in grated zucchini and any chosen add-ins.
- Pour batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan and bake for 60 to 75 minutes.
- Allow cooling before removing from the pan and slicing.
