- 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ cup dry white apple vinegar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, vinegar, melted butter (4 tbsp), lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until coated.
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, additional salt (½ tsp), and melted butter (2 tbsp) until combined.
- Spread shrimp on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with parsley before serving.
