Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt (a pinch)
- 1 cup mango purée
- 1 pound cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt (a pinch)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a baking pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes; allow to cool.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla extract, and mango purée until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time; mix just until combined.
- Pour filling over cooled crust; swirl remaining mango purée on top.
- Bake for 30-32 minutes until set; cool completely before chilling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
