  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt (a pinch)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes; allow to cool.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla extract, and mango purée until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time; mix just until combined.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust; swirl remaining mango purée on top.
  7. Bake for 30-32 minutes until set; cool completely before chilling.
