Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon (diced)
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups cantaloupe (diced)
- 2 cups honeydew (diced)
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp agave or honey
- ⅛–¼ tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 ½ tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, agave, and salt until combined. Stir in mint and basil; set aside.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into balls.
- Slice strawberries into thin circles.
- In a large bowl, combine all fruit and drizzle the dressing over it. Gently toss to coat.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
