- 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until well blended.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish and cover them entirely with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to achieve a lightly browned top.
- Serve immediately for maximum flavor and tenderness.
