Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Sprinkle mini vegan marshmallows on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate glaze before serving.
