  • For the frosting: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, powdered sugar, instant coffee, boiling water

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine instant coffee powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Add whisked eggs one at a time, then gradually mix in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. While cooling, prepare the frosting by dissolving coffee powder in boiling water and mixing it with softened butter and sifted powdered sugar.
