Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas until smooth and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream softened butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition along with the vanilla.
- Stir in the mashed bananas until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
