- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and grated zucchini until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients while mixing until just combined.
- Coat chocolate chips with a tablespoon of flour and fold them into the batter gently.
- Pour the batter into two greased loaf pans and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for about one hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
