Ingredients
- 2 packages of graham crackers
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar until mixed well. Let cool slightly.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom, followed by half of the pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and finish with one last layer of graham crackers.
- Pour the cooled chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers and smooth with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving to allow layers to set.
