Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in egg noodles, cover, and cook for about 7-8 minutes until al dente.
- While noodles are cooking, melt butter in a separate pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Once noodles are done, mix in the garlic butter mixture.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve over the buttery noodles.
